I moved from Denver to Katy last summer. After realizing that battling ants & other pests here in the South, was getting the best of me. My trees, lawn, shrubs, and entire yard was suffering. I gave up & contacted an arborist for advice. So, after having my trees treated, & paying an exorbitant amount of money, with minimal results, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I contacted Jay Jorns, with Chem Tech. Thank Heavens I did. He is not only a Certified Arborist but also a Certified Entomologist. My 1st guy failed to identify the WHOLE picture. The trees were suffering because the entire yard was being attacked. Lawn with ants, grubs, brown spots, weeds & more. Aphids in the trees & suffocating due to over-mulching. Lastly, a fungus issue in all my shrubs & plants! Jay set me up with a program that was very reasonable & affordable. I noticed a difference in the 1st month. I'm pleased this year, I am free of all the pests, and no more grubs, brown spots & weeds. My trees are healthy and beautiful! I also love the fact that they are Organic and environment & pet friendly. I know I'm in great hands with Jay. If I have any questions or concerns, he immediately makes a house call. Another big plus is his crew and right-hand man, Miquel. Very professional, knowledgeable & congenial. They all go the extra mile. I highly recommend this company. Great and honest company!  Was recommended to me by another pest control company for a termite inspection. Chris came the next day after my call, which was great, because I was worried, did a very thorough inspection, dug around cracks in the foundation, and confirmed I had no infestation, and the flying insects on my patio were ants. He looked at pictures I made and told me about preventative options, when I asked, absolutely no push or any attempt to instill any scare in me. The lady, who took my call was also very nice and personable. Added Chemtech to my contacts.

VERY THOROUGH. They found termites in our fence during the inspection to purchase our home. Two other companies got it wrong! One said there were no termites and Orkin said they were subterranean when in fact they were Swarmers!! Chem-Tech got it right the first time!

Chem-Tech is a no-nonsense company! We had a "rodent" in our attic. Only heard the little feet scurrying around at night. Chem-Tech on the first inspection determined that it was not a resident animal, and got us to throw moth balls to deter whatever was coming in on occasion. Then they came out to seal the opening where we believe a squirrel had entered. Problem solved! Thank you Chem Tech!
